This old barn has recently been converted to a high standard by the owners to provide well-equipped and relaxing holiday accommodation in a quiet location at the end of a lane with no passing traffic. It is equipped for up to 8 people including wheelchair access to the ground floor where there is a twin bedroom with en suite wet room shower.
It is situated just a 5 minutes drive from the local village of Bazouges la Parouse where there is a small supermarket, bakers, bank and fuel. There is also a doctors surgery and chemist in the village. It is only 10 miles from the market town of Combourg while St Malo and Rennes are both less than an hour away. Mont St Michel and the nearest beaches can be reached in about 45 minutes |

The Garden
As well as the decking behind the house and a small area of grass which is for your exclusive use you are welcome to use the rest of our large garden. There is a large pond at the bottom of the garden and beyond that there is a river which at certain times of the year can be very deep and fast moving, to ensure children don't fall in we erect a fence the full width of the garden(seen in the picture) when we know we have children coming. There is also a swing and a sandpit for your children and a small shed containing a number of garden games which you are welcome to use.
There is also a garden to the side of the our house where there is another pond with lilies and fish in it. This is also fenced and gated so children can't accidently fall in

Child FriendlyTo make your holiday easier we have the following items that might be of use if you have small children; please let us know in advance if you would like to make use of any of them

This bedroom is the most suitable for children with restraints on the windows so they can't fall out. In the box in this bedroom there are some toys that your children are welcome to use and there are also a few DVDs and children's books in the lounge
